July update: Merchants of Death Tour (15 August)

Join us for a walking tour of arms companies in London

On August 15th, we will visit some of theheadquarters of those spearheading the attacks on Palestine, Lebanon, Iran and more. The Merchants of Death Tour is a two-hour walk where we will visit 4 organisations responsible for much death and destruction globally, with talks at each stop on the organisations inside and the conflicts they’re fuelling. The stops are:

Boeing – approved for up to $26.7 billion in arms sales to Israel since October 7th 2023.

BAE Systems – makes every rear fuselage for the F-35 fighter jet. UK industry supplies 15% of each aircraft. Those jets are dropping bombs on Gaza right now.

Palantir – signed a strategic partnership with the Israeli military in January 2024. Its AI technology powers targeting systems used in Gaza and Lebanon.

UKDSE – the government body that promotes and facilitates UK arms exports. In the three months after the UK’s “partial suspension” of arms to Israel, it helped  £127.6 million in new licences.

Alongside the talks, we’ll also be putting on a comedy sketch featuring arms dealers, ministers and certain heads of state you may recognise. We hope to see you there.
