DESCRIPTION:This December the Formula One Grand Prix will take place in Sau
 di Arabia\, a country with an apalling human rights record.\n\nOn 16th Oct
 ober London Campaign Against Arms Trade will be protesting outside the F1 
 London Headquarters in Piccadilly. Saudi Arabia should not be able to spor
 ts-wash away the repression of either its own citizens or the horrific out
 comes from the Saudi led attacks on Yemen.\n\nSaudi Arabia consistently ra
 nks at the bottom of the economist's world democracy index [1] on account 
 of its repression of journalists and women's rights activists\, as well as
  the extensive use of the death penalty.\n\nIn addition\, Saudi led attack
 s on Yemen have led to the deaths of thousands of civillians\, with bombs 
 falling on schools and hospitals [2]. The war\, and the Saudi blockade on 
 Yemen\, have left millions of people\, including over 2 million children a
 t risk of starvation [3].\n\nBy allowing Saudi Arabia to host the Grand Pr
 ix\, F1 is helping the Saudi government hide these atrocities from the wor
 ld.\n\nJoin us on October 16th to call on F1 to end their association with
