DESCRIPTION:This January\, CAAT will again take the UK government to court 
 to demand an end to the UK complicity in the war in Yemen. Over the next c
 ouple of months there will be many opportunities to support our legal chal
 lenge and stand in solidarity with the people of Yemen.\n\nAs they launch 
 the Solidarity With Yemen campaign\, they invite you to join our national 
 day of action on Saturday 3rd December 2022. Take action in your local com
 munity and with your friends and family to challenge the UK government’s
  continued arms sales to the Saudi-led coalition for use in Yemen.\n\nThe 
 war in Yemen has been raging for almost eight years. It has led to the dea
 ths of over 370\,000 people through direct and indirect causes\, according
  to the UN\, with the UK supplying over £23 billion worth of arms to Saud
 i Arabia since the conflict began. For further information about the confl
 ict\, check out the campaigns pack on their website.\n\nThe fighter jets\,
  bombs\, missiles and other equipment used in this conflict could be manuf
 actured in a town or city near you – check out our interactive map that 
 displays manufacturing sites across the UK.\n\nTo support your actions on 
 Saturday 3rd December 2022 they have also launched the Solidarity With Yem
 en Fund\, which is available for groups of activists to apply for funding 
 to take creative action wherever they are. More details here.
